If you are denied from entering channel 'op theamazon-basin'

If you have been banned from the basin channel and want permission to get back into it, send an e-mail or a pm to the Channel Coordinator for the realm you play. Be sure to include the name of the d2 account you play, as well as your basin forum name. The names of the Channel Coordinators and their e-mail addresses are listed at the bottom of this page.

If you have been denied access to WT passwords

If you are unable to access WeaselTech but can still post in these forums and send and receive pm’s, then this section applies to you: You have been WT-denied, but not "Banned" from the forums. If you are innocent, don't panic -- at times, situations require us to turn off WT access for accounts of people who have done nothing wrong. Access may be denied for a number of reasons, from temporary security issues to full banning from The Amazon Basin D2 Guild. Temporary security suspensions of access are typically resolved within one or two days. If after that time you are still denied access, you may contact your primary realm’s Channel Coordinator (listed below) to request information on why you have been denied access. When the situation gets resolved, if you have any remaining concerns about your rights or whether this might affect your reputation, please contact the Channel Coordinator.

If you have been Banned

If you cannot post on the forums or send pm’s, then you have been Banned. You can confirm that status by logging in on the forums, accessing your profile by clicking your forum name on the "Logged in as [forum name]" at the top of any forum page, and then checking that the "Group" listed under you name has been changed from "Community Member" to "Banned". If you have been Banned this section applies to you.

You may make a formal request for unbanning by contacting the Channel Coordinator for your primary Realm using the email addresses listed below. Do not try to have something posted in our forums about your status – it will be locked and deleted. Do not attempt to create a second forum ID to circumvent your ban, since this will only get you into more trouble.

Please note: We only grant one shot at an unban, and unbans are rarely granted. First, if you are upset, cool off. Nobody gets unbanned by being nasty. Take some time, read the Welcome Mat and the guides it links to. Browse our forums and see what our culture is like and our expectations are. This could help you write a more effective request, and if you really want to be here, you ought to know this stuff anyway. THEN send an unban request to the Channel Coordinator. Be certain to include both your forum account name and whatever game account names you use (or want to use) in Basin games, since we cannot change your ban status without that.

It is a very good idea to be polite to the Channel Coordinator, and to pay close attention to what he or she says.
