  • Cast rate
  • Only causes normal and minion monsters to flee (with a few exceptions).
  • Targets within radius will continue executing its last action prior to fleeing at its next AI check, then flee in the opposite direction to the caster. If Terror expires before next AI check, target will not flee.
  • Target may continue fleeing after expiry until its next AI check.
  • Fleeing effects have their own hierarchy, so those higher on the following list cannot be overwritten by those lower:
  1. Grim Ward
  2. Terror
  3. Hit Causes Monster to Flee
  4. Howl [1]
  • Duration is reduced to 1/2 in Nightmare and 1/4 in Hell like all other AI Curses, but unlike these the skill description does not reflect this reduction.
