Normal attackThe following tables list attack animation speed breakpoints. ΔEIAS refers to the net animation speed change after all speed modifiers have been applied. Positive numbers are faster. Breakpoints for EIAS values above 75 are only valid for Diablo II: Resurrected. Next to each breakpoint listing is the required Increased Attack Speed, assuming a given weapon WSM and no other speed modifiers. If you are single wielding, your weapon speed modifier is your weapon's WSM.
