Level >49 converts 100% physical damage to cold damage: the arrow still requires a hit-check, but now it cannot be blocked. +% Cold Damage synergy does not apply to converted cold damage. +% Cold Skill Damage applies to the skill's added cold damage but is not applied to converted or attack cold damage. Attack cold length is added to CA's cold length. Cold Arrow has the same velocity as a normal arrow but half the range (20 vs 40 frames), so it only travels 50% of the distance and can only hit targets off-screen when they are directly to the left, right and bottom of the screen.
