- When cast, firewallmaker missiles are fired in both directions from target along a line perpendicular to the line between the caster and the target: static firewall missiles applying fire bit rate every frame for 89 frames (3.56 seconds) are generated in their wake.
- Firewallmaker missiles exist longer and thus travel further as skill level increases.
- Displayed fire damage per second assumes three missiles apply damage to target (bit rate*3*5/256). This is always the case for size 3 targets, but only applies to size 2 targets when Fire Wall is close to parallel with straight edges in the isometric perspective: otherwise 2/3 or 1/3 displayed fire damage per second is actually applied.
- Best cast on stationary targets or along the anticipated path of targets so that they have to walk or run along it to approach their objective.
- Since unit damage regeneration does not apply when as little as 1 bit (1/256 point) damage is applied in a frame, units that are not Immune to Fire will not regenerate while positioned over fire. [1] [2]
