I haven't spent any time with the CSS or layout of this thing. What you see is the 'out of the box' design.

Don't forget to make sure the two link types are of a different color; in the default skin, red links lead to empty pages that haven't been created yet while blue ones lead to pages that have user created content. It's very handy, because when you make guides you will often put Wiki links that lead to pages not yet written, having them another color is helpful for readers. :)

First off why go to an instance at all? Instances are much more difficult than soloing and are the best place to experience group play. It can be very very fun to have a good group humming through an instance exploring and experiencing the adventure. There is also the loot of course.

[[Animist]] Animists are a Hibernian primary spellcasting class that has an affinity with plants. They are able to animate plant life and other natural phenomena (phosphorescence, etc.) and use it to craft spells that damage their opponents. This class is only available to Shrouded Isles users. 
[[Bard]] Straight from the pages of Celtic Lore, the Bard is a combination Druid, fighter, and songmaster. He is adept at exhorting his friends in battle. 
[[Blademaster]] The light fighter of Hibernia. Specializes in combat styles that require him to focus on his position in combat, as well as the ability to use two weapons at once. 
[[Champion]] A combination spellcaster and fighter, the Champion can fight with arms as well as cast debuffing spells on his opponents. 
[[DAoC Druid|Druid]] The primary healer of the Hibernia, the Druid can cast nature-based spells as well as fight adequately when the need arises. He is also able to summon Nature's spirits as companions to travel or fight beside him. 
[[Eldritch]] Specializing in powerful destructive magic, the Eldritch bends the elements of the world and the void to annihilate Hibernia's enemies. 
[[Enchanter]] Utilizes magical forces to summon and control magical creatures to do his bidding - the Enchanter additionally has spells that assist their realm mates and damage their enemies. 
[[Hero]] The basic fighting class of the Realm. Can use almost all weapons and armor in Hibernia. Not flashy, but effective and an essential component of any well-rounded group. 
[[Mentalist]] A combination spellcasting class that relies on mind control and power, Mentalist have the ability both to damage their enemies and heal their friends. 
[[Nightshade]] A sneaky assassin that has the ability to move about unseen, attack using deadly backstab combat styles, as well as limited magical ability. 
[[Ranger]] The Archer of Hibernia, the Ranger also gains some magical spells, as well as the ability to wield weapons in both hands. 
[[Valewalker]] Valewalkers are cloth-wearing Hibernian mages who are given the ability to wield a large Scythe as a weapon. They are the strong arm of the Sylvan community - they are the primary fighters of this natural magic-using people. This class is only available to Shrouded Isles users. 
[[Warden]] The Hibernian protectors of nature, Wardens are hybrid healers/fighters. They have the ability to specialize in some weapons as well as cast healing, defensive, and enhancing spells on their friends

==The Assault on All Hallows Eve==

After Lord Sumerisle has explained the ancient Templar order's holy call to combat evil, and that he and the mercenaries coming to this place are all members of the Knights Templar, he sends Darius and little Jessica to the [[Tottenham Court Road]] tube station, having access to the British Museum, which is now serving as a refuge. On the way out, they are attacked by hordes of demons and [[zombie]]s, and Lyra is forced to leave their car and travel by foot, carrying Jessica, crying for being separated from her grandfather and violently protesting at Darius for carrying her away.

Two weeks later, Sumerisle reunites in the refuge, apparently having survived the battles. They now have to move on as the refuge is no longer secure enough. Sumerisle explains they intend to attempt a full assault on the primary Hellgate at St. Paul's Cathedral that same day, on All Hallows Eve. It may be a lost battle due to the overwhelming odds, but the plan is to make the demons believe they have wiped out all of the Templar's. The Templars operate best from the shadows, and the demonic forces have now come to know them too well, seeking and hunting them down. On their way there, Sumerisle unfortunately falls in battle.

==About the Game (non-gameplay)==

Diablo 2 is the sequal to the highly popular [[Diablo 1]] (1996). Many players consider it to be a "hack and slash" styled role playing game (RPG).

[[Blizzard North]] released Diablo 2 version 1.0 on <date>. Blizzard released the Lord of Destruction expansion pack with version 1.07 on <date>. In addition to adding a significant amount of content with the expansion pack, Blizzard also made several game altering patches (notably 1.09 and 1.10) which added items, changed game balance, modified game mechanics, and brought a new feel with these changes. All of these updates are under their free <Battle.net> online gaming service. The current game version is 1.11(b?). Unless mentioned otherwise, all information in the Daiblo 2 wiki is for the most recent patch of Diablo 2, Lord of Destruction (D2 LOD).
