I tanked a lot with my Paladin, so I have a lot of experience here. The main difference with my build was that I only went up to holy shield in protection then got vengance and conviction in ret. I did this because the extra damage helped me hold aggro. Now with only Paladins you should be fine without those, and reckoning is a nice skill. I would take the three points out of Spiritual Focus and put them into precision. With precision you will miss less than 1% of the time.

Should we have the backup tank pick up Imp Devotion Aura instead?

I looks like your backup tank already has Imp Devotion, so have him run that. Redoubt is a great skill, so taking that one is a must. Getting Consecration and Reckoning are also very important. I've also heard that Imp Devotion isn't that great, but having your backup tank run it should be fine.

I think five points into Spiritual Focus is important. You could drop a point from Divine Strength or Improved Seal of Light very easilly. Also SoCrusader is total crap now. I'd only but points into Improved SoCrusader if you plan on judging it a lot. Also get SoCommand any way you can :)

The reason for only going to 4 in Spiritual Focus is that we are always running maxxed Concentration Aura. 4 points in SF gives 104% chance to not lose casting time.

I'm pretty sure Spiritual Focus and Concentration don't stack that way. It checks twice so if SF give 56% and Concentration is 50% you would have a 78% of not being interupted.

Anticipation is not that great. For 5 skill points you get less than what one good blue should give you in +defense. Still being the main healer there isn't much else to get. I would drop one point into SoCommand just because it is much better at doing damage than any other seal for the Paladin.
