That Pooka is a Member of The Amazon Basin, his exploits and rotating set of facets have played pivotal roles in many amazing events, including and not limited to the time he hit a guy with an arrow, and told everyone about it. It totally happened.

He has more character than a dozen Actor James Stewarts, because Actor James Stewart does not play Guild Wars.
