DarkMasterMan: Blizzard fixed the missile skill AR% bug at an unknown point in D2R, I have added a bug fix note and updated other formatting (warning colors) to reflect this. Not sure if adding a new "+% Attack Rating (D2R)" to the level 1-60 table was the correct choice, I wanted to try and make it clear that the AR% works in D2R while not cluttering the page with a D2R specific table if no other stats changed.
