Replace Hustle with Mania/Hysteria

Added info that mercenaries only ever have the allied damage bonus, even if they're the ones supplying the aura as determined by my testing.

DarkMasterMan: Changed skill tables to level 1-20, 21-40, etc. from 1-10, 11-20, etc. Added a small clarification that Hustle is a (D2R only) item, it already had (D2R only) in the ladder column but I felt that was a bit ambiguous where it sounds like it's ladder only in D2R but not in LoD, but it doesn't exist in LoD at all.
