Shattrath City is in Terrokar Forest. It is a neutral city, populated by refugees of all races. A large, circular city, it has a variety of trainers (again, no class trainers), and two main factions. Blood Elves are one faction, and Dranei are the other. Soon after arriving, in the center of the city, you are escorted on a quest which describes these different factions. To be friends with one faction automatically makes you hostile to the other, so you have to eventually make a decision. A quick tour of the two factions is possible without making the choice. The city is fairly easy to reach. The road from Hellfire peninsula heads toward there, and though there are some spiders and wolves to keep the tourists out, my level 60s were able to reach it without death or serious injury. You must, however, pick up the Alliance or Horder Flightpath in Terrokar Forest in order to fly there from Hellfire.
