 The Stockades is a level 22 - 29 instance located in Stormwind.  This instance is recommended for players level 25-30.  This instance is basically a T in shape.  The group enters in a hallway, advances to an intersection and needs to go both ways to finish all the quests.  There is typically two chests, one in each wing that spawn in each instance.
