Timing
First Karazhan session will be Sat 10 March at 10am Server Time (6pm UK, 7pm CET), with a possible follow up on Sun 11 March at the same time, depending on how we do.
Loot rules
Loot will be set to group, blue threshold. Please pass on all roll-boxes. Loot will then be discussed, nd rolled with /random 100 on a need before greed basis. There shouldn't be too many incidents where stuff if contested, but if it is, and you have already had something out of the instance, please try to be nice and considerate. Probably helps if you reseach the loot of the zone and make yourself a shopping list.
Basically, normal Basin niceness.
Shards from melting Paladin loot will be collected until we have 10 and then distributed to the group, one each.

Need to withdraw from the group. The Sat/Sun times don't work well with planned RL weekend activities. - Olon
Sent Slope the following PM today, 03/20:
"Olon mentioned that you might be interested in running Karazhan with us :), and that our timeslot was suitable for you. We consist of quite a few veteran raiders, so our only obstacle is getting a good class composition.
You would be very welcome to join.
I'd say with easter upcoming, which is a pretty big holiday in europe, we should be able to launch a serious effort in 3-4 weeks, which should give you ample time to gear up.

Regards Sjur"
Personally I will be able to raid Karazhan the upcomming weekend, and the last weekend of easter and so forth, but looking at the roster and dates, I suggest that we freelance until the weekend after easter. Unless we manage to get the healer issue sorted. Those weeks should also give us ample opportunity to fill the last spot if Cjam has indeed quit.
---
I have contacted Elyvin who is playing pally Nerfling. He said the timeslot suits him, and he would like to come sometimes as a sub, as he doesn't want to commmit to fixed group. I sent him link to wiki, maybe expect some questions from him in game.
---
Aphaea (priest) isn't guilded yet but has been coming to the Public kara raids and is a good player. He said he could be available at our times if our other two priests don't work out. We still shooting for the week after Easter?
---
Added Enocssa (priest). Aphaea (fortuna) has pally as well, btw. How are we with Orbatron/Hasta now?
---
Bissi (warrior) will be able to come most of the time to tank.
---
Been deciding since Tharn spoke with me a week or two ago. Due to my general unavailability during US night times, I decided to go ahead and commit to the Euro group. Spoke with Sjur, added Nerfling (paladin).

Keep the suggestions coming on potential spots!
Availability
Please indicate your availability over the next couple of months (you won't be held to this as a strict signup, but if you are going to be on holiday or something, indicate it here so we can plan accordingly please.
If you can't come, please try to organise a substitute (the identity of whom you should enter in the table below please). If you have tried to, and can't find anyone, let the group know.

Note (Grimthor: 12 March): Flipped the table round. This makes it easier to add and remove dates, and also to add your details, I think.
