Should we rethink the naming scheme for quests so we can actually work with an alphabetized list? If we're worried about possible link duplication between other areas of the wiki we could always add a suffix to the quest page name, rather than starting everything with Quest:[quest name here], which will keep it alphabetised, but always under "Q"
