-Blizzard North released Diablo II version 1.0 on <date>. Blizzard released the Lord of Destruction expansion pack with version 1.07 on 29 June, 2000. In addition to adding a significant amount of content with the expansion pack, Blizzard also made several game-altering patches (notably 1.09 and 1.10) which added items, changed game balance, modified game mechanics, and brought a new feel with these changes. All of these updates are under their free <Battle.net> on-line gaming service.
