Arphaun gives out quests. He can be found in Charing Cross Station and Monument Station, then later after the Exodus he can be found in Templar Base.
In-Game Description:
A great Lord too wise to trade baton for sword, Arphaun has unjustly been branded a coward by younger, more hands-on Knights.
Yet, those truly familiar with the High Seat of House Arphaun will follow him to the very end of the Earth, knowing he'll rise whenever men call for a champion and command when they cry to be led.
