Replenish Quantity on Critical Strike

- Critical strikes replenish one quantity of thrown weapons when thrown, melee critical strikes do not replenish quantity.
- Deadly Strike and Critical Strike oskill will also replenish quantity in addition to Throwing Mastery critical strike, though all of them are mutually exclusive and only one will apply for any given throw. [1]
- Critical strikes are rolled at the time of throwing, hitting a target is not necessary for replenishing quantity. Piercing and critically hitting multiple targets will not replenish additional quantity. [2]
- Critical strikes also do not consume quantity for any given throw, so will always result in replenishing one quantity. [3]
