Observed Problem: Lower raid DPS than Monday.
Details: Monday - 3.7 mil dmg over 16 minutes (~3,800 raid DPS). Thursday - 3.8 mil dmg over 24 minutes (~2,600 raid DPS)
Solution 1: Bring more DPS classes. Buff remaining healers up the frikkin wazoo & help them improve any weak gear slots.
Solution 2: Plan on stopping dps at 42% to intentionally trigger sheep before elementals.
Observed Problem: Players dying early to Aran damage with 3 heal spec healers and and offspec healer healing.
Solution 1: Wear more stamina to give healers time to react. 8k unbuffed preferred.
