Diablo II Notation Basic Class Skill Item Ally Quest Area Monster Tale The Sightless Eye Secret of the Vizjerei The Infernal Gate The Harrowing Lord of Destruction Special Den of Evil Objective Kill all monsters inside the Den of Evil. General Notes The Den of Evil is found in the Blood Moor outside the Rogue's Camp. Quest Reward Talk to Akara, who will give you a reward of 1 skill point. NOTE: this changes to 'caves' after you have done the quest! Sister's Burial Grounds Objective Kill Blood Raven General Notes Blood Raven is found in the Burial Grounds, which branch off from the Cold Plains. Quest Reward Kashya will give you a Rogue mercenary, if you do not already have a mercenary. This also gives you the option to hire a Rogue mercenary. The Search for Cain Objective Rescue Deckard Cain. General Notes Deckard Cain is found in Tristram. To get to Tristram, you must find the Scroll of Inifuss from the Inifuss Tree in the Dark wood. Take this scroll to Akara, who will translate it. The scroll reveals the proper order in which to touch the Cairn Stones found in the Stony Field to open up a portal to Tristram. Once you enter Tristram, Cain is being held in a gibbet in the center of town. Let him out, and he will return to town using a town portal. Quest Reward Deckard Cain will identify any items for you free of charge in the present difficult level. Akara will give you a ring as a reward. On normal difficulty level, this ring is magic, and in nightmare and hell, this ring is rare. The Forgotten Tower Objective Eliminate the Countess. General Notes The Countess's tower is found in the Black Marsh. Upon decsending into the first level, the stairs down can usually be found by turning to your character's left when given an option. This doesn't always work, but it works most of the time. There are four random levels and the Countess is at the back of the fifth level. The fifth level is one of two fixed layouts. Quest Reward The reward for this quest is the opening of the Golden Chest on the fifth level. It can only open once per difficulty, no matter how many times you have killed the Countess. Tools of the Trade Objective Find the Horadric Malus and return it to Charsi. General Notes You must be level 8 to complete this quest. Quest Reward Charsi will imbue an item of your choice with the properties of a rare item. The item may be any unsocketed white or ethereal weapon or armor. The ilvl of the resulting item will be 4 higher than the level of the character. The original ilvl of the item does not affect the ilvl of the resulting item. Popular choices for imbuing are any item that can get staffmods, circlet class items, and ethereal dimensional blades. Sisters to the Slaughter Goal Kill Andariel. Notes Andariel can be found on the fourth level of the Catacombs. Her Poisonous attacks can be vicious, so stock up on Antidotes or Poison Resistance. Andariel has very low fire resistance. Reward Quest drop if killed by questing character. Access to Act II.
