Rescue on Mount Arreat
- Goal
- Rescue fifteen men.

- Notes
- They are in three groups of five in little pens that show up as white squares on the mini-map. Just "kill" the gate to the pen.
- Reward
- Three runes from Qual-Kehk: Ral Ort Tal.
Prison of Ice
- Objective
- Rescue Anya
- Prerequisites
- None
- Notes
- Find Anya in the Frozen River. Talk to her, take a town portal back to town, talk to Malah to get a special thawing potion, then talk to Anya again.
- Reward
- Talk to Malah one more time to receive a scroll. Right click on the scroll to recieve a boost of 10% resistance to all.
Betrayal of Harrogath
- Goal
- Kill Nihlathak
- Prerequisites
- Rescue Anya
- Notes
- Nihlathak is in the Halls of Vaught. Much like the Arcane Sanctuary there are four legs. However, it is possible to find Nihlathak by looking for an eye picture. Nihlathak will use Corpes Explosion to kill you, so kill him first.

- Anya will personalize an item for you.
Rite of Passage
- Goal
- Kill the Ancients
- Prerequisites
- You must be level 20 for normal, level 40 for nightmare, and level 60 for hell difficulty.
- Notes
- When you first arrive, you'll see three gold statues and a podium. Click the podiem to activate the message. When the message finishes (or if you abort it) the gold statues activate and be come the three Ancient barbarians. You must defeat all three in one round. They will reset back to gold statues if all party members in the area die or if anyone creates a town portal.
- Reward
- Experience points, usually enough for one level, and access to the worldstone keep.
Eve of Destruction
- Goal
- Defeat Baal
- Prerequisites
- Rite of Passage
- Notes
- Find the Throne of Destruction. Kill all the monsters in the throne room to activate the waves of minions. There are five waves consisting of <waves go here>. After all five waves of minions have been killed or led out of the throne room, Baal will laugh one more time and enter the portal behind him. Follow him and enter the Worldstone Chamber. Defeat Baal.

- Quest drop. New Title. For normal and nightmare difficulty, access to the next difficulty.
