Blackrock Depths

Blackrock Depths is accessible from either the Burning Steppes or the Searing Gorge.

To enter the instance, you climb Blackrock Mountain and enter the gates at the top of the ramp. Continue up the ramp inside the Mountain until you read an anchor point for a Chain connecting to the central structure. CLimb down the chain to the central structure then follow the stairs down until you find a ledge on teh outside of the structure. Follow the ledge down until you find another chain heading downwards. Climb down this second chain then enter the first door on the right and head downwards. You will find yourself in a large cavern. FOllow the path until you find a large hallway with grates on each side.

At the end of the hallway is the entrance to the BRD instance. You can also find Overmaster Pyron near the entrance somewhere near or on the main hallway.

50 (55) Hurley Blackbreath - This quest starts from Ragnar Thunderbrew in Kharanos. There is a quest from Enohar Thunderbrew in the Blasted Lands that sends you to Ragnar Thunderbrew to get this quest. The possible rewards are the two-hand axe Limb Cleaver or the mace Swiftstrike Cudgel plus 5 potions.

50 (56) The Good Stuff - This quest is obtained from Oralius in the Burning Steppes. The objective is to collect Dark Iron Fanny Packs from Dark Iron Dwarves in and around Blackrock Depths. The reward is A Dingy Fanny Pack that holds a random magic item.

48 (56) Incendius! - This quest starts at Jalinda Sprig in the Burning Steppes. The possible quest rewards are the Sunborne Cape, the leather Nightfall Gloves, the mail Crypt Demon Bracers, or the plate belt Stalwart Clutch.

55 (58) A Shred of Hope - This quest may be obtained from Marshal Windsor in Blackrock Depths. The pre-req for the quest line seems to start with Dragonkin Menace in the Burning Steppes.

53 (59) The Fate of the Kingdom - This quest is obtained from King Magni Bronzebeard in Ironforge. The quest reward is 8050 XP only. You must do the The Smoldering Ruins of Thaurissan quest given by Royal Historian Archesonus before King Magni will give you this one.

48 (54) Marshal Windsor - This quest is the end of a series of quests starting with Dragonkin Menace.

50 (55) The Heart of the Mountain - This quest is obtained from Maxwort Uberglint in the Burning Steppes. The reward is 5650 XP only.

52 (58) A Taste of Flame - This quest is obtained from Cyrus Therepentous in the Burning Steppes after you acquire a Black Dragonflight Molt through a series of quests given in the Searing Gorge by Kalaran Windblade.
