The Blademaster is the Templar class aimed at offensive abilities.

Skills

Note that the skills and any of their properties may change in time for the game's release!

The Blademaster use the following skill groups: Surge Attacks, Swordsmanship, and Auras.

Surge Attacks

Surge attacks get activated if a Blademaster kills a demon, and are then active for some time.

More skill points improve the power of the surge.

Skill Requirements Description
Surge of Restoration Regenerates hitpoints for 3 secs.
Surge of Wrath Surge of Restoration 1 Adds critical hit chance for 3 secs.
Surge of Rendering Surge of Restoration 3 Boosts shield defense for 3 secs.
Surge Mastery Surge of Rendering 3 Increases surge duration.

Swordsmanship

Swordsmanship skills act as the key skill line for a Blademaster, improving his/her skills with blades in battle.

The swordsmanship skills are never passive, and only actively invoked, i.e. as "blows" to the enemy.

Skill Requirements Description
Sword of Reckoning Increased sword damage.
Sword of Justice Three rapid attacks at reduced damage.
Heaven's Arc Sword of Reckoning 1 Increased sword damage against flying demons.
Charge Sword of Reckoning 3 Charge attack that does increased damage.
Crosscutter Heaven's Arc 1 Throws the sword with extra damage.
Sweeping Strike Sword of Justice 2 Spinning attack against melee ranged foes at increased damage.
Matched Blades Allows dual wielding blades.
Sword of Authority Sword of Reckoning 3 Increased sword damage.
Sword Master Crosscutter 1 Increases thrown sword damage.
Onslaught
Hamper Sword of Authority 1 Reduces enemy movement rate and armor.
Typhoon Sword Master 1 Shards flies outwards, based on sword damage.
Sword of Righteousness
Whirlwind Sweeping Strike 5 Moving, whirling attack for 4 secs.
Thorns

Auras

Auras offer passive enhancements whose power may depend on outside factors, like the number of nearby enemies.

Skill Requirements Description
Aura of Power Regeneration based on enemies in the area of effect.
Aura of the Elements Aura of Power 3 Stun, Ignite, Shock, Phase, and Poison attacks increased by 1 per enemy in area of effect.
Aura of Deflection Deflects ranged attacks.
Aura of Zeal Aura of the Elements 3 Increases the critical hit chance based on enemies in area of effect.
Aura of Vengeance Aura of Deflection 1 Reflects ranged attacks.

Ungrouped

Some skills currently do not use a known skill group.

Skill Requirements Description
Call of the Chosen Taunts the targetted monster to attack and makes the others flee.
Angelic Orator Call of the Chosen 3 Taunted monsters have reduced damage.
