Charging the ether around her claw blades, the trained Assassin can chill opponents with a vicious rake of her razors.

Detail

Each successful attack adds one charge, up to a maximum of three: further successful attacks only reset duration charges are active before expiring.

Charge bonuses do not apply until released using one of the following finishing skills:
- Normal melee Attack
- Dragon Talon
- Dragon Claw
- Dragon Tail
- Dragon Flight
Only first successful attack applies charge bonuses when using Dragon Talon or Dragon Claw.
Charge bonuses accumulate upon successful attacks: applies cold damage and length to release target with one to three charges, cold damage and length within radius with two to three, and freeze length within radius with three; one charge applies +50% AR to finishing skill, two apply +100% AR and three apply +150% AR.

Given how small the freeze radius is, limiting it to two charges will result in higher damage over time without necessarily sacrificing much safety.

Can also accumulate charges from the following skills before releasing with a finishing skill:
As long as durations of respective charge-up skills do not expire, all applicable charge bonuses are applied to the finishing skill upon release.

+(1-3) Blades of Ice (Assassin Only) can spawn on ilvl >24 Exceptional and Elite claws (Hand Scythe and higher).
