Blasted Lands
Overview
Good zone to get buffs for raids (see Repeatable Buffs Quests below).
There is an Alliance faction town in the northeast corner named Nethergarde Keep. There is a mailbox, flightpath and armor merchant as well as some Alliance quests in the keep, but no inn or stables. The repeatable faction quest from Swamp of Sorrows is turned in here.
The Tainted Scar section (southwest corner) is populated by level 60+ elite dragonkin. Avoid this place if you're solo.

Repeatable Buffs Quests
Bloodmages Drazial and Lynnore give repeatable quests for consumables which grant +25 for an hour to any of the main stats. The first time you finish the quest for any particular stat, you get a free buff at the time of quest completion, in addition to the consumable you take with you.
The consumables are marked 'unique', so you may only possess one of each kind at a time. You can keep as many of the animal parts needed to get the consumables as you like. Another restriction is that you can only have one of these buffs active at once. They will overwrite each other, so be careful not to waste them.
Components come from Scorpoks, Basilisks, Boars, Vultures, and Snickerfangs. I made this map of their locations (I'd like to get this image moved on-site. I am a member of the site I'm linking to, so just refer them to Alastriona if they give you any guff):
