Bodger

Bodger can be found selling gear at Templar Base. Bodger is also known for being able to fix anything. To bodge is to improvise in the repairing or construction of material objects, often employing workmanship or materials of a less than satisfactory standard.

In-Game Description:

The indefinable mass of grease and tattoos known as Bodger's body betrays the fellow's repair genius.

Bodger has a primitive and powerful understanding of mechanical function. That is, he's capable of lathering just about anything up with enough oil and gumption to get it into a working state, regardless of whether or not all necessary pieces to said thing are actually present.
