Claire can be found in Temple Station. She is a cocky Hunter who doles out Quests.
In-Game Description:
Claire believes quite loudly that she stands far above her fellow Hunters. Claire is seriously misguided. Cockiness among Rorke's lot does not always come hand-in-hand with success, after all.
Indeed, it was not for Claire's arrogance that she was shut within the relative safety of Temple Station, but because of her incapability in the field. Only results matter to the Hunt. Those who cannot produce are removed.
