Clive is a merchant that can be found in Temple Station. He sells mid level weapons, armor and other items.
In-Game Description:
Clive once juggled his love of writing with a consuming job as a croupier. The seedy casino that dominated his nights soon devoured Clive's entire life, leaving his love at home on the rocks and his writing in the gutter.
