Her freezing spells are now of such potency that those adversaries formerly impervious to their effects soon find themselves the surprised victims of a vicious, chilly assault.

• Reduces Cold Resist % of targets when Sorceress applies cold damage and cold or freeze length to them. Does not apply to Immune to Cold targets, or to cold damage and cold or freeze length applied by allied players, hirelings or pets.
• CR % reduces both cold damage and cold length or freeze length: reducing a target to the Resist -100% floor doubles cold damage and cold or freeze length.
• Level >17 Cold Mastery (-100% ECR) is potentially redundant against monsters, while level >37 (-200% ECR)is always redundant. However, higher levels may still be useful against players and hirelings applying excess CR %: a player applying CR 350% in Hell (CR -100%) would still have CR 50% after level 37 CM was applied, halving cold damage and cold length.
