Does not apply to Poison Creeper or Necromage missile.
Applied when target is poisoned: can normally be removed after poisoning without affecting rate or length. [1]
Affects poison length as well as poison damage, effectively applying Poison Length Reduced by -%, and can be countered by PLR. [2] If the items with which Korlic or Talic spawn apply PLR >99%, poison length is always reduced to a single frame.
