- Explodes on impact or expiry regardless of whether or not the arrow's hit-check is successful, and applies fire damage within its radius. A successful hit-check is required for Pierce to be effective: an arrow that pierces four targets and hits five will explode on each impact.
- +% Attack Rating isn't applied, even though the character screen calculates and displays AR as though it is. [1] +% AR from other sources is applied.
- Skill damage is only applied by the explosion, while weapon fire damage is added to both the arrow and the explosion. +% Fire Skill Damage only applies to skill damage.
- Explosion damage cannot be blocked.
- Uses Normal Attack rate.
