George
George is a NPC that can be found in Holborn Station giving out quests.
In-Game Description:
George sees dead people ravaging the Earth. Rather, George used to see dead people even before actually dead people sprung up and began their own sort of ravaging. Now George sees twice as many dead people and they all ravage.
Psych Mon. has concluded his unique talents are harmless, however distracting. Under advisement, George now restricts his activities to Holborn Station, where he's bothered by only half as many dead people as usual.

George is an homage character, a reference to famed zombie film writer/director George Romero. There are references to his films in the quests he gives, both in the quest names which parallel his movie titles and in lines like "They're messed up like that" (which recalls Sheriff McClelland's line from Night of the Living Dead "Yeah, they're dead. They're all messed up.")
