George is a NPC that can be found in Holborn Station giving out quests.
In-Game Description:
George sees dead people ravaging the Earth. Rather, George used to see dead people even before actually dead people sprung up and began their own sort of ravaging. Now George sees twice as many dead people and they all ravage.
Psych Mon. has concluded his unique talents are harmless, however distracting. Under advisement, George now restricts his activities to Holborn Station, where he's bothered by only half as many dead people as usual.
