Holloway is a merchant that can be found in Charing Cross Station. She sells low level weapons, armor and other items.

In-Game Description:

Holloway's pre-Burn career as a chemist did not mesh well with post-apocalyptic London life; Cabalists cornered the market on studying anything that wasn't ash long ago.

Now Holloway uses her inborn sex appeal to peddle wares to unsuspecting champions that carry entirely too much coin for their own good.
