Isaac is a NPC medic. He can be found in Templar Base.
In-Game Description:
Quickly identifying and treating rare injuries associated with Demon contact and unknown magics is Isaac's specialty.
Where other post-invasion healers have struggled with the dramatic switch in practiced healthcare from the scientific to the supernatural, Isaac's open-mindedness has allowed him to adapt with comparative ease.
