- Improves chance-to-hit of all attacks.
- Blessed Aim overwrites Penetrate, regardless of level: if level 1 BA (+75% AR) is applied to an Amazon with level 20 Penetrate (+225% AR), only +75% AR will be applied to that Amazon's attacks from those two sources, not +300% AR or even +225% AR. This does not affect +% AR from other sources.
