Feedback

Feedback provides a weapon buff to the casting Priest's weapon. The weapon buff causes the weapon to have a chance of draining a fixed amount of mana dependant upon spell rank. For each mana drained in this way, the target takes 1 damage. Only Human Priests get this spell.

Power Word: Fortitude is a Priest's powerful stamina buff. Stamina is usefull to all classes and this is arguably the best buff in the game. At level 60 with talents it can give an enormous ammount of HP. Over 1000 to a warrior.

Power Word: Shield

This is a great Priest spell. It has a few uses. One is to use it to prevent casting interruptions. This is great with channelling spells like Mind Flay and Mind Control. And useful if you or a party member needs to cast while getting hit. Also this can be used as an emergency heal to give someone a bit more time if you don't think they will live till your heal is done casting. It can also be used between fights to shield someone before the next pull, especially if your mana will regenerate before the fight starts (making that cast essentially free).

This is a Priest's basic fast healing spell. It casts quickly and is an effective heal. The spell is not as efficient as the Greater Heal series of spells. Later in the game it might be spammed with the inspiration talent for an armor boost.

This is a usefull Priest Healing over Time (HoT) spell for its speedy cast time. You can cast it while running by or put it on someone who just needs a little touch up heal since this won't waste your time casting a heal that the tank might need. Also useful to avoid the 5 second rule is to load up as much healing on the tank as possible and wait as long as you can (regenerating mana) before healing again.

Fade

Fade is an excellent aggro control spell for a Priest. It allows them to temporarily drop their aggro level signifigantly. Just cast Fade when a monster begins to attack you and you have 10 seconds for someone else to get it on them. It only lowers aggro by a set ammount, but usually the tank is close to being able to take it back so a small ammount is all you need.

Undead Devouring Plague 20 Afflicts the target with a disease that causes Shadow damage over 24 sec. Damage caused by the Devouring Plague heals the caster.
