Ser Sing is highly ranked Cabalist who gives out quests. She can be found in several stations. The following Quests are given out by her from Temple Station.
In-Game Description:
Ser Sing sits highest among the Cabal. Long has she tapped the Well of Midnight, seizing the very Shadow that would consume us.
The power of unending Dark has yielded much to her. Now she is composed, calculated, cold. She projects control... But beneath the facade of calmed flesh rages a storm as vicious as any the Dark Wills of night could conjure.
