The Basin is a community spanning several games. We have all been united by searching for a community where we can find friendly gamers showing some class and enjoying legit gaming. Our Guild Wars branch has a foundation of Community Members and Basin Members who're enjoying the game, where some of those have volunteered to carry additional responsibilities to make the Guild Wars gaming a smoother and more enjoyable experience.

The Leadership Team

Our Leadership Team consists of respected guild members that carry a large burden in running the guild, discussing optimal ways on how to run the guild with the least amount of hair pulling, while offering an as fun guild to play in as possible, fitting both the PvE and PvP game styles that our members enjoy.

At the time of writing, our guild is led by the following members:

  • Ceolstan (Co-Guild Leader)
  • Texson (Co-Guild Leader)
  • Jayling
  • jfbrown42
  • Ancient 1

The Basin Game Council

The Basin Game Council have three main jobs:

  • In-Game Arbitration - The main of the Game Council is resolving conflicts that arise in-game with grace, skill, and good judgment. The Game Council have the options of sending problems back to the players with some tips for resolution, solving it at the Council level, or kicking it up to the Leadership.
  • Traffic control in our in-game guilds - Almost everyone in our in-game guilds is an in-game officer. However together with the Leadership Team, the Game Council are the only in-game officers with the authority to invite or promote people in our in-game guilds, or to change the "Message of the Day".
  • Moderate the In-Game Guilds forums - The Game Council moderates our In-Game Guilds forum and associated subforums.

At the time of writing, our Game Council consists of the following members:

  • FEF
  • Monkeycid
  • reido
  • Dynatos
  • FunkyJam

The Relay Team

Our Relayers' responsibility is to open the guild boundaries by forwarding requested in-game messages across the guilds, and thereby improve guild cooperation and coordination. These team members are necessary to help against the unfortunate 100 member limit in Guild Wars.

An up-to-date list of the members in this team is presented here.
