Quest item after gathering all the parts of the Demon during the Storyline Quest Arms & Answers, then onto That'll Get Infected.
- Activate The Oracle in Green Park Station
- The Oracle will come back to life, run around, then hop up onto the sandbag barricade by Techsmith 314 in Green Park Station.
