Tinker is a merchant that can be found in Templar Base. He sells mid level weapons, armor and other items.
In-Game Description:
After being drummed out of the circus for catastrophically failing to "improve upon various trapeze mechanisms," Tinker found himself enamored with the operation of more complex devices. Specifically, he enjoyed breaking technology because he was remarkably good at it.
It wasn't until Hell literally ravaged Tinker's world -- the musty basement under Mum's house -- that the young man took it upon himself to tink with purpose.
