Dream Gear

Head

• Cap of the Scarlet Savant - Great hat, really tough to get. I'd love to have this, but not holding my breath.
• Arcanist's Crown - This mage only hat is from the molten core epic set. Another great piece and an alternative to the also very difficult to get, cap of the scarlet savant.
• Crown of the Ogre King - Easiest hat to get off the king in DM.

Neck

• √ Tempest Talisman - Excellent necklace with +crit%. I have this one.
• Lady Maye's Pendant - Great stat necklace from level 60+ mobs.

Shoulders

• Netherwind Mantle - These drop in molten core. Excellent shoulders but very difficult to acquire.
• Dreadmist Shoulders - These drop from Jandice Barov which most people skip. Might not ever get them.
• Mooncloth Shoulders - These would be nice to hold me over till dreadmist.

Back

• Chromatic Cloak - Pretty tough to make crafted item. Pattern from DM.
• Heliotrope Cloak - Pretty rare drop from some of the DM guards.

Chest

• Robe of the Archmage - Pattern for this drops in LBRS so I believe I could acquire this without too much trouble. I'm farming for the mats now. Once I get all the mats I'll try to get a group to help me get the drop.

Wrist

• Netherwind Bindings - Molten Core drop. Unlikely to get them, but they look nice.
• Magiskull Cuffs - Random drop. I will be checking for these on the Auction House.
• √ Dreadmist Bracers - Got these now.

Hands

• Gloves of Spell Mastery - These are crafted, so not quite impossible to get. A few hundred gold in mats, or a lot of mining is going to be required for the mats. Also I'd like someone in the guild to get the pattern so I don't get charged a crazy fee.
• Brightspark Gloves - Seems to be a rarespawn boss in DM West.
• √ Gordok's Handwraps - Quest reward from the kill prince quest from north.

Waist

• Belt of the Archmage - Pattern drops from the same pyromancers as the robe.

Legs

• Skullsmoke Pants - Drop from Vectus in Scholomance.

Feet

• The Postmaster's Treads - Drop from Postmaster Malown in Stratholme.

Trinket

• Eye of the Beast - Quest Reward here. I should get this sometime soon. I'm working on the chain now.

Finger

• Ring of Entropy - Drop from Lord Kazzak the raid boss in blasted lands.
• Band of Rumination - Easier to get ring from Rend in UBRS
• Dragonslayer's Signet - Onyxia's Head quest reward.

Weapon

• √ Rod of the Ogre Magi - Drop from the ogre tribute box in DM.
• Fang of the Mystics - Drop from Azuregos the new dragon being added to Azshara. Unlikely to ever even kill him, but also this would make a good upgrade to my focal sword.
• Azuresong Mageblade - This drops from molten core, so not getting it any time soon. However it would be a sweet upgrade to my focal sword, so it's in mind.

Wand

• Crimson Shocker - Great wand, very very difficult to get.
• Stormrager - Reward from a long plaguelands quest line.
