Stealth Openers

Ambush

Requirement: Rogue must be Stealthed, main hand wielding a Dagger and behind the target.
Energy: 60
Combo points: One
Additional effects: None
Damage: 2.5 times weapon damage plus a fixed value depending on the rank of Ambush as follows:

Garrote

Requirement: Rogue must be Stealthed and behind the target.
Energy: 50

Additional effects: None
Damage: A fixed amount of damage depending on the rank of Garrote spread over 18 seconds as follows:

Cheap Shot

Requirement: Rogue must be Stealthed.

Additional effects: This ability causes the target to be stunned for four (4) seconds.

Anytime Attacks

Sinister Strike

Requirement: Melee weapon must be equipped in main hand.

Damage: Weapon damage plus a fixed amount that depends on the Rogue's Sinister Strike skill rank as follows:

Requirement: The rogue must be positioned behind his target and be wielding a Dagger.

Damage: 1.5 times weapon damage plus a fixed amount that depends on the Rogue's Backstab skill rank as follows:

Gouge

Requirement: The target must be facing the Rogue.
Energy: 45
Combo points: one
Additional effects: The Rogue stops combat and the target is mezzed for 4 seconds. 10 second cooldown on ability.

Hemmorrhage

Additional effects: Recipient of the effect takes additional physical damage from physical attacks for the next 30 seconds per the following table:

Damage: A random amount that depends upon the rank of the Eviscerate skill as follows:

Slice and Dice

Requirement: None

Additional effects: Increased attack speed for 6 + 3 per combo point seconds. Rank 1 gives 20% increased speed, Rank 2 gives 30% increased speed.
Damage: None

Rank 1 is obtained at level 10.
Rank 2 is obtained at level 42.

Expose Armor

Requirement: Rogue must be wielding a melee weapon.
Energy: 25
Combo points: None
Additional effects: Reduces the target's armor by an amount that varies by the Rank used for 30 seconds. Does not stack with Warrior armor reduction ability.

Rupture

Requirement: Rogue must be wielding a melee weapon.
Energy: 25
Combo points: None
Additional effects: None
Damage: Damage over time for a fixed DPS per rank that lasts longer depending on the number of combo points. Duration equals 2 + 4 per combo point seconds. Total damage equals duration times DPS.

Remember that the damage from DOT attacks isn't reduced by the opponents armor, so while this may look less effective than Eviscerate, it becomes more powerful against high-armor (and high-life) enemies. As is the case for garrote, spirits, elementals, and constructs are immune.

Kidney Shot

Requirement: Rogue must be wielding a melee weapon.
Energy: 25
Combo points: None
Additional effects: Stuns the target for 1 second per combo point. Rank 2 adds an additional second of stun.
Damage: None

Rank 1 is obtained at level 30.
Rank 2 is obtained at level 50.


Other Damage

Dual Wield

Requirement: Rogue must be wielding a melee weapon in the left hand.
Energy: None.
Combo points: None
Additional effects: Both hands chance to hit is reduced by 24%.
Damage: Off hand weapon does 1/2 of its normal damage.

Instant Poison

Crippling Poison

Mind numbing Poison

Deadly Poison
