Not a formal walkthrough, but some tips.

The vast majority of this instance is trolls, which count as humanoids. Sap, Polymorph, and Seduce are quite useful in cutting groups down to manageable pieces.

The trolls are in a few varieties:

Blood Drinkers are generic melee mobs, with a special abilty to do AoE damage and get a portion of that back as health. The attack is blockable/avoidable, and you can have the tank/offtank keep these guys away from the back rank of casters to lessen the damage dealt.

Shadowcasters are generic mage mobs, with Shadowbolt and I believe Shadow Word: Pain. All the standard anti-caster tricks work, so these guysare usually easy.

Witch Doctors are shaman like mobs, with totems and a healing spell. Kill the totems as possible and interrupt the heal for a fast fight.

Shadowhunters are evil. They have a ranged bow attack, melee attacks, and an ability called Hex that changes a party member into a frog. Any class that can remove a magic effect can clear the Hex.

The basilisks that sit on the cliffs or walk in the patrols appear to be immune to Polymorph and Hibernate. The best strategy that I've seen is to CC the two shadowhunters and gang up on the basilisk, otherwise the basilisk will perform a 8 second stun. The stun, when combined with untimely Hexes from Shadowhunters makes wiping quite possible.

I learned this one the hard way - clear the entire area around the temple for the Divino-matic Rod quest. We somehow managed to get runners that pulled the rest of the area in on us, it was not pretty.

Bly teleports more slowly than the rest of his crew. We accidentally discovered that it is possible to fight Bly all by himself instead of having to fight his whole crew. Unless you have always only needed to fight Bly. If that's the case, please disregard and edit this one out.
