(Added -attack rate to the table and added the value for it and also -movement speed%, updated the skill tables to level 1-20, 21-40, etc. from 1-10, 11-20, etc. Standardized the info regarding -DR% with the phrasing used on the Amplify Damage page (I think the sentence structure flows a bit better), added a note that slowing and -DR% are only applied to monsters that flee.)
